1. General

All our digital product offers ("Offers") are provided by Marbleleaf Media. By purchasing these Offers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Product Delivery

All digital products will be delivered as digital downloads via email immediately following the purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

3. Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted an individual license to use all templates. Each product will be clearly labeled as either Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Reseller Rights (MRR) or personal use. If it is not expolicity stated, then you should assume it is for personal use only.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in our templates, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Marbleleaf Media or its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our documents without express written permission by us.

5. Limitation of Liability

Marbleleaf Media shall not be liable for any claim or damage resulting from the use of our templates. The maximum liability of Marbleleaf Media shall not exceed the total purchase price of the purchased product(s).

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued after the purchase has been completed and the products have been delivered.

7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Easy PLR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
